What is PT Tracker? PT Tracker is a website that will allow you to track the status of your PT Cruiser as it goes through production. It was created by a "Soon-To-Be-PT-Owner" such as many of you! How much does it cost? Nada, Zip, Zero! PT Tracker is a FREE service for both dealers and customers! How does it work? In order to track the status of your PT, your dealer must first sign up with PT Tracker. After they do, you may then come to PT Tracker and enter your VON number to retrieve your most current status! How often will my status be updated? That's dependent upon two things. One would be how often your dealer updates their records, and the other would be how often Chrysler updates YOUR status with your dealer! We are recommending to dealers that they try and update their records at least once a week. How private is it? Your dealer inputs your data from his location directly into our database so it's very private. We will never release your info to any third party companies for any reasons! We may, at some point, ask you if you would be interested in receiving offers or information relating to your PT Cruiser via e-mail but you'll always be able to choose to opt out of that.
